Tour of Pendle
21 November 2026 at 10.15am
Commonly referred to simply as ‘The Tour’ and the last AL of the season, the race loosely follows a figure of 8 around Pendle Hill and includes a succession of fast descents and increasingly steep climbs, culminating in the Big End.
Organised by Keiran Carr for more than two decades, the race is now organised by Will Herman, associate member of Clayton-le-Moors Harriers. A new Tour of Pendle website was created for 2026 which includes entry details as well as previous years’ results and other important information for runners.
A new map which reflects the latest changes to the course is available from Pete Bland Sports.
The race is registered and licensed through the FRA and is organised in accordance with FRA’s rules and requirements. You must carry: waterproof whole-body cover with taped seams and integrated attached hood, hat, gloves, map of the route, compass, whistle and emergency food.
