Training
Clayton-le-Moors Harriers offers a variety of training sessions and group runs throughout the year, on the road, track, trails and fells. These sessions are organised by the club’s members – they are not led by coaches, and they are not guided runs, unless stated otherwise.
All the sessions are inclusive and informal, and everyone is welcome. No one is left to run alone. All participants must accept responsibility for themselves however and have the appropriate equipment and clothing for the group they are joining.
